Ingredients for Individual Formulas

Psyllium Hulls Ingredients: Psyllium hulls (Plantago ovata), capsule shell (gelatin, water).

Allergy advice: May cause a reaction in those allergic to inhaled or ingested psyllium.

Digestive Health Ingredients: Magnesium (hydroxide) 200 mg (53%), yellow dock root (Rumex crispus), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), marshmallow root extract (Althaea officinalis), slippery elm bark (Ulmus rubra). Anti-caking agent; magnesium stearate, bulking agent; cellulose. Capsule shell (gelatin, water).

Cranberry & Buchu Combination Ingredients: Cranberry fruit (Vaccinium macrocarpon), buchu leaf extract (Barosma betulina). Bulking agent; maltodextrin, anti-caking agents; magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. capsule shell (gelatin, water).

HS II Ingredients: Hawthorn berry (Crataegus laevigata, Crataegus monogyna), capsicum fruit (Capsicum annuum), garlic bulb (Allium sativum). Capsule shell (gelatin, water).

Recommended Use

Take the contents of one packet 15 minutes before eating, three times daily, with at least 8oz of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
